A truly wonderful original watercolour of the Metropolitan Tabernacle and neighbouring buildings at Elephant and Castle.
This was painted in 1994 but sadly having asked the artist he cannot remember the project it was painted for but it shows two new buildings that appear to be in place today. You can also make out the London College of Communication on the right of the Tabernacle.
The watercolour is in fantastic condition with no water damage and it appears to have been framed and looked after in its 28 years.
