Original FM Sonneberg fireplace clock, solid body with American mahogany veneer, mechanical 8-day brass movement with three tones, strikes every half hour.
A fireplace / table clock with a real wooden case, an extremely attractive dial with Arabic numerals, an interesting shape of the dial.
The original FM Sonneberg chimney clock with a mechanical brass FHS mechanism was produced in Germany in the mid-twentieth century – a craft stamp shows the year 1958. A beautiful form referring to the art deco style has been modernized in a modernist fashion.
The item is preserved in very good condition, fully functional, after a watchmaker inspection. without damage with the original winding wrench included in the set. Signed clock.
