A very handsome brutalist vintage wall clock. Made by Smiths in the 1970s, this model was called Libra.
The brass case is in very nice condition with no damage. The brass has been cleaned and highlighted but not polished to enhance the original patina. The dial is in very nice condition. The brass bezel has been cleaned but not lacquered. The hands are undamaged and show no wear. The original convex glass shows very minor wear commensurate with its age.
Overall diameter 26 cm, depth 3.5 cm.
Fitted with a high quality battery quartz mechanism that is fully guaranteed for twelve months. Requires one AA battery which is supplied with the clock.
