A smart East German vintage wall clock. Made in Leipzig by ELFEMA (Electro-Mechanics Mittweida) Dating from the mid – late 60s. It has a very faint military issue stamp on the reverse. The sticker you can see on the reverse says it comes from room number 26 on the 1st floor.
The steel case is in very good overall condition with a little wear and small scratches. The dial has aged to a pale ivory colour and there are a few signs of ageing. The hands show some pitting and wear.
Overall dia 37cm, depth 7cm.
Fitted with a high quality battery quartz mechanism that is fully guaranteed for twelve months. Requires one AA battery which is supplied with the clock.
