A very elegant waiting room style vintage wall clock. Made by the Anglo Swiss Watch Co. in the 1940s.
The slim case is, I believe cherry, and is in very good condition for its age and has been sympathetically repaired. It has been hand-finished to bring the life and beauty back whilst retaining the accumulated patina. The brass bezel has just a bit of age. The dial is an off-white colour and shows some wear. The hands are all in good order. The original glass is in good order commensurate with its age.
Overall diameter 41 cm, depth 10 cm.
Fitted with a high quality battery quartz mechanism that is fully guaranteed for twelve months. Requires one AA battery which is supplied with the clock.
