Description
This is a smaller clock and a less common Synchronome mahogany cased school/office clock. Made in the 1950s.
The flush-to-the-wall case is solid mahogany. It is in good condition for its age and has been sympathetically repaired. It has been hand-finished to bring the life and beauty back whilst retaining the accumulated patina. The brass bezel has just a bit of age. The dial is an ivory colour and shows overall wear. The hands are all in good order. The original glass is in good order commensurate with its age.
Overall diameter 27 cm, depth 5.5 cm.
Fitted with a high quality battery quartz mechanism that is fully guaranteed for twelve months. Requires one AA battery which is supplied with the clock.
