Large Royal Doulton Flambe Cat. This fabulous sitting cat has been modelled by one of Royal Doultons best known talents Alan Maslankowski. Alans work ranges from historical and child subjects through to animals. This model picks up on the feline details superbly and the piece is finished in the stunning Royal Doulton flambe glaze. Model number 2269, and issued between 1977 to 1996. The Royal Doulton mark can be found to the base. The piece is in good condition with only age related signs of wear. 20th Century, Ceramic, British.
