French Frosted & Cut Glass Flush Mount Ceiling Lights, 1960s

Pair of 1960s French frosted and cut glass flush mount ceiling lights which could also be used as wall lights. The heavy thick frosted glass shade features cut glass star shaped design in the centre, rows of circles in the middle and a triangular design around the outside at the bottom which casts a beautiful and intricate pattern of light on the ceiling and walls. The shade screws onto the brass base which has a wonderful iridescent patina.

The lamps are perfect for a variety of settings, from living rooms and dining rooms to foyers and hallways. It would also make a great addition to a commercial space, such as a restaurant or hotel.

In good vintage condition with some air bubbles in the glass but there are no chips or cracks. Some small marks on the brass base. One single E27/E26 screw in bulb is required in the centre.
