Description
A stylish pair of steel grey leather and beech wood conference/office chairs. Made by Soro Stolefabrik, Denmark, probably in the 1980’s, they are striking in the simplicity of their shape and the curvaceous sweep of the bentwood armrests. The golden amber colour of the wood perfectly compliments the grey/blue tone of the leather.
The seats show some slight signs of aesthetic, wear to the leather, no cracking or splits, just scratch marks (as if a finger nail has scratched the surface, without indenting it, just making lighter lines) see photographs. Structurally the chairs are sturdy and sound.
These would make a great addition to a contemporary or vintage inspired office and would also work well as lounge chairs.
