Set of 7 Johannes Andersen Danish Teak Dining Chairs
Manufactured by Uldum Mobelfabrik in the 1960s.
This set of seven wonderful chairs has been designed with a high back which provides great comfort and support for your back. The chairs also feature the iconic exposed dovetail joinery which is illustrated close up in the images. The chairs have the original green velvet fabric.

Condition Report –
The chair bases are in very good vintage condition, sturdy and solid, they have had a light covering of Danish oil.
The Velvet is in very good used condition, with signs of use. normal with a set of this age. There is a couple of tiny places where the velvet is worn but is not noticeable to the naked eye.

Johannes Andersen was born in 1903 in Denmark. After studying cabinet making, he obtained his certificate and then worked in various workshops. In the mid-1930s, he founded his own architectural firm and created more and more furniture.
