Description
This set of four modernist chairs was produced by the Danish manufactory Sax Møbelfabrik during the 1960s. The frame of the chairs is made of solid wood, stained in a dark brown colour. The comfortable backrest and wide seat are upholstered in olive-coloured natural leather with a patina. The backrest is gently reclined and the seat is recessed into the chair frame. The classic and simple design of the furniture means that the set will complement many arrangements.
Sax Møbelfabrik is a Danish furniture manufacturer associated with high-quality materials and timeless designs. They reflect the Scandinavian design of the Mid-Century Modern era, where simplicity, functionalism and elegance go hand in hand.
This chairs are in original vintage condition. They have age-related marks, scratches, scrapes and natural patina. The seat is 44 cm high.
