An elegant, mid-century sofa with a mid-toned oak frame and new duck egg-coloured upholstery. Produced by British furniture maker, Cintique of London, one of the UK’s leading furniture makers during the mid-20th century.
This stunning sofa is defined by a highly refined frame and the original, patented spring system, offering firm and comfortable seating. Neat proportions, elegantly sculpted details, and premium materials combine to create a design that was aimed at the top of the market.
We have carefully cleaned, stripped, and oiled the frame to reveal the beautiful wood grain and natural colour. The cushions have been recovered in a fire retardant, duck egg-coloured fabric which complements the natural wood colour.
The sofa is structurally sound and in great vintage condition.
