A stunning Guy Rogers New Yorker sofa, constructed from beautiful afromosia. It has stunning grains and is in fantastic vintage condition. There are a few marks and the overall condition of the frame is quite remarkable for its age. It has been French polished, ensuring it retains a natural beauty. We stripped back and replaced the original pirelli webbing throughout, supported by new foam cushions, and upholstered in a grey wool. Each cushion has been sewn with detailed top stitch finish to give a more exclusive look whilst also providing extra durability, similar to many high-end Danish armchairs and sofas from the same period. The cushion covers are zipped and can be removed in no time for professional cleaning.
