A fabulous mid-century modern piece of Ercol furniture, this is known as the ‘giraffe’ room divider and functions as a bookcase and sideboard cupboard.
– Ercol model 363, known as the ‘Giraffe’ room divider.
– Solid elm and beech.
– Can be freestanding and viewed from both sides, or used against a wall.
– Top shelf fixed, with dowel dividers on the left side.
– Other two shelves and the half-shelf inside the cupboard are adjustable.
– This model dates to 1957 to 1970.
– Lovely colour and good condition.
This is a beautiful piece of 1960s furniture which will complement any mid-century interior, but works well with the lighter colours in modern homes. It is attractively slim and will fit well into smaller spaces.
