Description
British calendar clocks are getting as hard to find as they are becoming desirable to own. This beauty was made by A Lloyd & Sons in the 1970s.
The oak case is in good overall condition with some signs of wear, most noticeably some ink stains. I chose not to strip this back and lose the patina. It has been hand polished and now has a deep and warm lustre. The black colour dial is in nice condition with a hint of wear. The calendar rolls are complete. Please note the replacement knob at the top. The hands are undamaged and have minimal wear.
Fitted with a high-quality battery quartz mechanism that is fully guaranteed for twelve months. Requires one AA battery which is supplied with the clock.
