Victorian Bar-Limb Microscope
£240
Description
Victorian Bar-Limb Microscope. An attractive Bar-Limb Microscope with some nice patina. This example has no makers name and would have likely been intended for a local optometrist to engrave their own name. The piece has its own bespoke case with two ocular lenses, one objective in canister one with broken glass. Tweezers and blank slides are also included. This model dates to around the 1880s. The piece is in good condition with only age related signs of wear except for glass mentioned previously.
