This a charming little table top chest of drawers which dates to the early 20th century.
This small chest is a useful and decorative piece which has been hand made from solid pine. It is well made and solid and has a naturally pale waxed finish with a country look that will suit many interiors.
It is an unusual piece for a desk top, perfect for stowing away small items and collectibles, perhaps for use in a workshop for screws, nails and bits and bobs.
The chest has five small drawers which are finished with brass handles and is set on a shaped base plinth.

It is in good condition and with various marks of age and use.
