Chest of drawers with 4 drawers, made in the Neapolitan area in 1870/1880. First of all, skilful craftsmanship, excellent choice of wood. Classic and elegant Neapolitan chest of drawers with burnished columns. Original marble top. The rest of the furniture is also in good condition. Necessary additions of veneer especially in the lower area of ​​the chest of drawers. Completely original poplar wood structure, also present the intermediate shelves between one drawer and another to prevent material from falling and accumulation of dirt. Tall chest of drawers suitable for classic furnishings or to give added value to more modern furnishings or to a studio or commercial activity. Restoration:

On the piece of furniture, a complete restoration of the structure was opted for which was completely redone where it cannot be re-sewn (in the rear area and in the drawer guides). As regards the internal structure of the drawers and all the bottoms, the original poplar ones have been recovered and reinforced. Woodworm treatment to eliminate xylophagous insects. Finishing of the columns and horizontal elements, repainting and polishing with shellac as per the original piece of furniture. Good quality furniture.
