1960s Robert Heritage For Archie Shine Rosewood Wall Unit

Vintage Rosewood Wall Unit originally sold in Heals, designed by Robert Heritage in 1957 and manufactured by Archie Shine.  The large but compact wall unit has three doors along the top concealing a double and single cupboard.  A folding pulldown drinks cupboard below with two smaller drawers to the right and one large deep pull out drawer and one single pulldown cupboard at the bottom.

The unit splits into three parts horizontally which makes it fairly easy to move around the home or for transportation.  It is also simple to reassemble with each section slotting into the next.  The drawers and pulldown cupboard feature circular recessed handles.

Beautifully made with all the drawers with feature dovetail joints incorporated.  The wall unit has been polished and is in very good vintage condition.  One former lady owner who looked after if incredibly.

As you can see from the images the wall unit has a wonderful deep grain and patina.
