Description
This industrial factory cabinet was produced during the 1950s. It is made of metal. It has four shelves closed with a magnetic latch. All shelves have been cleaned and finished in black inside. The original layers of varnish paints and tarnish applied over time have been preserved on the sides of the cabinet. All this has been secured with varnish and creates a special composition of patterns and colors. The front has been cleaned to the raw metal and finished with satin lacquer, which gives a slight sheen. It also shows traces of the processes of creating the material, irregular transitions of colors, lines and streaks. The cabinet is mounted on original metal legs. In addition to its strong industrial values, the cabinet is also functional and designed to store heavy items. The industrial design is ideally suited to modern spaces as well as loft arrangements. It is dedicated to people who appreciate raw simplicity.
This cabinet is in original vintage condition. It has age-related marks and a natural patina.
