Bernard Gantner (1928 – 2018) was a French painter. He is known for his winter landscapes with a high poetic density. His drawings, captured in direct contact with nature, are the source of most of his oils, watercolors and lithographs. In 1961, he won the Critics’ Award. Gantner had many solo exhibitions in France as well as abroad.
Work in original vintage condition. The sheet has slight traces of use.
